How Customers Can Reach You via the Chat Widget

Selar has a Chat Widget feature that allows customers to contact you directly while browsing your store or product pages. This will enhance communication, resolve issues faster, and boost customer satisfaction.

Steps to Set Up the Chat Widget

  1. Visit the Support Channels Settings: Go to this link.

  2. Select Options: Choose as many communication options as you like and fill in the required details. Make sure to check the box under each option to activate it.

  3. Test the Setup: After setting everything up, do a quick test to ensure it's working correctly.

  4. Update Your Settings: Click the "Update Settings" button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

Once you complete these steps, customers will be able to reach out to you via the Chat Widget whenever they’re on your store or product pages.
