How customers can reach you via the Chat Widget

This is a new feature on selar that enables customers reach out to you via the Chat Widget, whenever they are on your store or product page. This will increase communication, resolve merchant-customer issues quicker and promote customer satisfaction.

To set this up, please follow the steps below;

1. Kindly visit https://selar.co/me/settings/support-channels 

2. There are a lot of options available, kindly select as much as you can and fill in the details correctly. Also remember to check the box below each option to activate it.

3. After completing the setup, you can perform a quick test to ensure everything is working correctly.

4. Finally, click on the "Update Settings" button below the page and you're all set!

With these changes in place, your customer can always reach out to your Via the Chat widget whenever they are on your store or product page.
