How to connect your custom domain name to Selar
You can connect your custom domain in two ways:
Setting Your A Record
- If you're mapping your root domain (e.g., johndoe.com), set the A record in your DNS settings to point to Selar's IP addresses:
- 52.210.244.99
- 52.208.53.181
- 54.246.101.205
- You can use any or all of these IPs.
- If you're mapping your root domain (e.g., johndoe.com), set the A record in your DNS settings to point to Selar's IP addresses:
Setting Your CNAME Record
- If you’re mapping a subdomain (e.g., abc.johndoe.com), set the CNAME record for that subdomain to point to Selar's host:
- Host: poweryourstore.selar.com
- If you’re mapping a subdomain (e.g., abc.johndoe.com), set the CNAME record for that subdomain to point to Selar's host:
Additional Notes
- Cloudflare Users: If you're using Cloudflare to manage your DNS, make sure to set the proxy status to DNS Only for the DNS entries.
